Julie Clement’s playful kaleidoscopic designs rendered in bright, bold colors dance through dot patterns to explore Earthly and imaginary spaces.

Julie said her artistic vision and inspirations spring from nature, the unseen world and her own experiences, and from her interest in world cultures, religions, myths, philosophies and symbols.

Julie works with acrylic on canvas, metal and wood. Although she has previously specialized in painting organic forms, she now also paints images on furniture and architectural pieces.

Her paintings range in size from a few inches to 32 ft. wide murals. Paintings from the her Manic Botanic collection (see on Julie’s website) are all 8 ft. x 6 ft. Prices for her work range from $200.00 to $20,000.

Julie has exhibited her work at: the Dairy Center for the Arts in Boulder, Colorado; the Firehouse Art Center in Longmont, Colorado; the Stoneheart Gallery in Evergreen, Colorado; and at the Longmont Museum and Cultural Center in Longmont. She also participates in the annual Longmont Studio Tour.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Julie formerly had a successful career as a fashion art director for a Fortune 500 company and as a creative director for several publishing companies.
